The Three i's
Dealing with anxiety and depression(A&D)? You are probably dealing with at least one of the three I's. The three conditions are inescapable, intolerable, and interminable. These three lack of hopes are behind just about every case of depression and/or anxiety.
Feeling as if the situation is Inescapable means there is a feeling that one can not get away from the situation. Feeling as if the situation is Intolerable means that one feels they can not stand the situation any longer. The third nemesis, interminable, makes one feel like they are on a hamster wheel and can not get off, that the situation will never end.
People dealing with A&D deal with at least one of these, if not all three of these. One sure way to beat Depression and Anxiety is to attack the very foundation that one has build for A&D. Here are some quests that can help along the journey to battle A&D.
